Easy Pumpkin Donut Holes- 3 Ingredients Low-Carb

To make these Pumpkin Donut Holes even better, they only require 3 ingredients!!!! Combine your favorite keto or low-carb vanilla cake mix with pumpkin puree, cashew butter, and water, and bake! It does not get easier than this! Who does love donuts? Combine these warm donut holes with your favorite fall drink and have the perfect fall breakfast!

Pumpkin Donut Holes (3-Ingredient Low Carb Gluten Free)

  • 1 donut hole baking sheet with 20 or more cavities
  • 1 1/4 cup measuring cup
  • 1 1/2 cup measuring cup
  • 1 1 box of keto or low carb vanilla cake mix



  • Preheat oven 325°F. Spray a 20-cup mini muffin tin with baking spray and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together cake mix, cashew butter, pumpkin, and water.
  • Bake for 10-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • (optional) While the muffins bake, melt butter in one bowl and combine granulated coconut sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
  • Remove muffins from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
  • (optional) Dip each muffin in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar to coat. Serve muffins warm or at room temperature.


Dipping pumpkin donut holes in cinnamon and sugar is optional. It will roughly add 1-2g of carbs to each donut hole.
